Forming Filigree - Option 4

Step 1

Choose a filigree piece that you would like to curve or make a loop on. We have chosen a dragonfly with a long, skinny tail that is perfect for turning a loop.

Step 2

Using round nose pliers, grasp the portion of the filigree that you would like to curve; in this case, grasp the tip of the tail.

Step 3

Rotate the pliers to form a loop.

Step 4

Continue turning the pliers until a complete loop is formed.

Step 5

Use loops to dangle beads or chain from.
